Viewtarget - the solution

The Viewtarget solution is a tool that support the whole ranges of concepts and methodologies from simple KPI-measurement to more advanced frameworks such as Balanced Scorecard. It is easy to start creating one scorecard or dashboard. You can later easily scale the solution cross the organization defining scorecards or dashboards for different departments, processes, teams etc in a hierarchical structure. Strategic objectives can be deployed cross the organization and be translated into tactical and operational goals.
Compared with pure business intelligence solutions on the market, you can in Viewtarget easily bring together statistics and measurement with objectives, strategies and initiatives (i.e. you can combine text and numbers). Viewtarget has from ground up been designed to be easy to use by anyone. There is no longer a need to contact the IT-department if you want to change your strategy or create new measures. To populate Viewtarget with measure data you can easily upload data from Excel or any other system. Data not available in other systems, for example 'Employee Satisfaction Index' or similar, Viewtarget provide a web-based user interface for data collection. And yes - Viewtarget is of course fully web-based and is available in your web browser.
